Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the below mentioned position.

Assistant Manager, QA
NTO Division, Tongi Plant

Your overall responsibility will be to ensure quality compliance of technical operation as per Novartis Quality System and Standard.

You will also be responsible for Change Management, supplier Management, Quality Risk Management, Self Inspection Management, Quality Audit and TrackWise, SHAPE access Management.

GxP Document review/approval and delivering relevant trainings are also within the scope of this role.

You must have:

  • M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc from a reputed University
  • 5-7 years of working experience in pharmaceutical company. At least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Hands-on experience of managing regulatory audits
  • Change agility, strong interpersonal skills set.
  • Courage and ability to take appropriate decision on time
  • Adequate skills in computer applications
  • Capability to run project independently
  • Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla
