Assistant Sales Manager (Second Line Manager)

Position’s key accountabilities
- Responsible for meeting sales objective and managing multiple projects.
- Manage & coach a group of Regional Sales Managers
- Required proven consultative sales ability and qualitative analytical skills & relevant computer Skills
- Provide timely feedback to the employee on performance
- To constantly explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operation in the region
- Be responsive and protectively alert to issue related to competitor activities and facilitate effective and timely corrective actions by responsible persons.
Main accountabilities
- Setting objective and sales target in collaboration with Head of Sales, Bangladesh
- Managing RSMs in achieving sales and activity targets
- Coaching and developing Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representative according to coaching plan and individual development plan
- Drive Sales Team to implement sales strategies
- Responsible for coming up with yearly sales plan based on RSMs territory plan
- Driving company’s marketing plan execution at territory level with sales team members
- Consolidate in times, reports done by the reps and provide appropriate feedback on report
- Check KPIs of each RSMs and follow-up regularly
- A team player with good Management, Interpersonal and communication skills, Highly Motivated & Result-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer Literate and able to perform sales analysis
Qualifications
Education requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in Science Background
- Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
Work experience
- 8+ Years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry in Sales.
- At least 4-5 years as a people manager
- At least 2-3 years as a people manager (Second line manager)
