About The Department

We are currently looking for Product Senior/Executive. You will be part of the Marketing team, you will report to the Group Product Manager. The position is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Main accountabilities

  • Formulation and implementation of Marketing plan, strategy and promotional input
  • Develop national brand strategy according to the guideline and plan.
  • Conduct product training on implementation of promo materials and detailing.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of all marketing strategies and promo input.
  • Manage the product cycle, product portfolio and new product launches.
  • Implement all strategy and campaign according to the market opportunity.
    Develop product wise investment by focusing the opportunity.
  • Co-ordinate with medical strategies.
  • Communicate the latest and updated information of product with the Key customer and also to the Field Force.
  • Collect competitor’s information and analyses and then communicate with Field Force and prepare counter strategy.
  • Facilitate participation in national and regional activities of medical organization.

Sales Achievement and Field Support        

  • Ensures the availability of all promo materials to Field Force.
  • Monitor the regional sales regularly and take action if it is not in desirable situation.
  • Motivate the Field Force to achieve the target.
  • Identify the market’s problem and provide timely solution.
  • Conduct innovative activities to boost up the sales and help to achieve the target.
  • Update the Sales regarding their achievement regularly.
  • Ensure all kind of support that they are supposed to get from Head Office.
  • Ensure the visit of all KOL to increase the impression in favour of NN.
  • Ensure the customer support like product update, article etc.

Other activities

Conduct cycle, monthly and weekly product review meeting. Conduct sales review meeting. Any other tasks and responsibility as/ when given by Head of Department / Line Manager.


  • Minimum Bachelor level degree with Pharmacy, MBBS or relevant subject.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in pharmaceuticals industry in the marketing team.
  • You need to have strategic business and sales operations understanding.
  • Good communication skills, both in presentations and in written, is important.
  • Equally important is analytical skills.
