General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.
Main Responsibility Area
Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.
Position Description
The role requires independency to carry out the duties in proactive, result oriented, and prioritized manner - well organized with high productivity.Responsible for the RF Planning & performance related activities are
- Maintain the Network KPIs within benchmarks according to organization's guidelines.
- KPI analysis & improvement
- Implementation of new features and tuning of BSS parameters.
- Planning and optimization of data services (2.5G).
- Provide inputs to Planning team on Network requirements in terms of capacity, coverage & KPI improvement
- Handle RF related customer complaints and provide resolution.
- Interfaces with customer for KPI improvement and performance related issues.
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
Position Requirements
- 5+ years related experience in RF Planning & Optimization for GSM/EDGE/3G or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Nokia Networks RAN Product would be preferable
- Knowledge and experience on RF optimization processes and tools
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- High personal standards and goal oriented
