General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

Main Responsibility Area
Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.

Position Description
Provide maintenance support for equipment and applications:

  • Faults' diagnostics and processing;
  • Processing of Technical Queries, Fault Reports, emergency situations, install patches, implement corrections;
  • Analysis and fault clearance of NE elements;
  • Emergency duty (24/7);
  • Responsible for official procedures;
  • Participation in installation & commissioning works and service extension projects;
  • Analysis of problems, proposing / implementation of solutions and workarounds;
  • SW updates and upgrades;
  • Tracing of error scenarios;
  • Symptoms collection in case of HW/SW problems;
  • Support 3rd parties in case of HW upgrade or maintenance;
  • Collecting requested evidence for higher level(s) of support.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications or related discipline, 1-3 years of working experience;
  • Knowledge in GSM/3G networks;
  • Experience in Multivendor RNC and NodeB equipment is preferable
  • Team player;
  • Result oriented person;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Discretion in routine matters;
  • Good communication and reporting skills;
  • Ability to share knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Ethernet & Cisco (preferable);
  • Ready to work at night and ready to travel;
  • Able to work in team;
  • Awareness of responsibility;
