Position: Front Desk Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Receive all incoming call & collect the message.
  • Transfer the call & message to the designated person.
  • Call outside as per instruction of officers.
  • Welcome/receive all visitors/clients/guests.
  • Receive all incoming letters & documents properly with record.
  • Keeps information regarding telephone call, PABX system, etc.
  • Maintain/follow up the cleaning job at Front Desk Area.
  • Maintain attendance & supplementary register.
  • Ensure security of office & premises.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet browsing.
  • Have knowledge to handle scanner and scanner related software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Good Typing speed both English & Bangla (Bijoy).
  • Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: H.S.C/B.A/ B.B.A

Additional Job Requirements

  • Applicant must be honest, sincere and hardworking.
  • Smart looking.
  • Excellent speaking skill in both English & Bengali.

Salary Range: Negotiable
