The management of the NHFIL consists of a team led by senior bankers with experience in national and international banking & finance. 

Our core business is Housing Finance but also includes Lease Finance, Term Loan and SME etc.

We are looking for interested candidate for our Law Officer who has initiative, drive and self motivation to take challenge and work under pressure to deliver high quality results, to build career with us as:

 Job Description /Responsibility:

• Candidates must have through knowledge and individual capability to process and prepare legal opinion, handle Mortgage and other Charge documentation against our Home Mortgage Loan & all types of other finance.
• Candidates should have the capacity to handle legal cases through Penal Lawyers.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational/Requirements:

• L.L.B. with at least one first division / class and no third division.
• 1/2 years experience in the field of professional practice in a Law firm or Financial Institution in Home Mortgage Loan procedure and Lease Finance Loan procedure.
• Candidates must have through knowledge and individual capability to process and prepare legal opinions, legal advice etc.
• He / She must have the Bar membership.
• Skill in Computer Operating System.

Age Limit: Age not exceeding 35 years.

Salary & Benefit: Attractive compensation package with other benefits commensurate with qualification, experiences and suitability. In exceptional cases, condition may be relaxed. Candidates are to be willing to work at any branch in Bangladesh.
