Post Name: Accounts Executive (Female)

Things, we are seeking in Accounts Executive:-

• Inflow and outflow of money from the Bank and Cash, Ensure maintaining the cash record complete, accurate and do timely reconciliation.
• Ensure timely recording of each transaction in the e-Cash and e-Bank , Ensure closing the cash desk at appropriate time every day with proper signatures, Effective coordination with colleagues of the accounting department,

Cash Handling

• Operate program’s bank accounts business (deposit, withdrawal and other processing)
• Operates petty cash including maintaining cash book, monitor the daily cash flow record and the level of liquidity
• Is responsible for the cash in accordance to the receipt present daily
• Reports when there is surplus or deficit of cash money respectively when the real money in the cash exceeds the amount of according to regulation
• Reports immediately when the stock of money is minimal

Financial Administration

• Collects and prepares proper receipts
• Enters all transactions in cash and bankbooks
• Prepare inland travel advances and settlements
• Support in review of financial statements and vouchers
• Support the finance team in preparation of budgets, financial reports
• Reports immediately all problems involving finance and regulations

Qualification and experiences:-

• At least Bachelor Degree in finance/accounting or relevant education in commerce
• 1-3 years of relevant experience will be preferable
• Computer literate [Excel, word], knowledge is preferable 
• Fair English Language skills [speaking and understanding]
