Job Description / Responsibility

• You will be assigned the responsibility of Vice-Principal for NEW BLOWN SCHOOL which is a (play-X)      Bengali and English Version School.
• Provide necessary support for the implementation of the vision, mission and planning of future expansion of the programs of the NEW BLOWN SCHOOL.
• The Vice principal will ensure that the curriculum delivery is as per the specification NEW BLOWN SCHOOL.
• Identify the annual objectives for the instructional, extracurricular and athletic program of the school.
• Serve on the school council, attending meetings, participating on the executive committee, future Planning/ enrollment committee and the personnel committee meeting.
• Plan school year calendar, time table and develop work calendar along with schedule for school office staff.
• Post and maintain a working calendar of program activities.
• Observing, counseling, and motivating professional staff toward better performances to meet the requirements for their job.
• Arrange of teachers training and evaluate teachers on an annual basis as approved by the School.
• Maintain a visible presence to staff, students and school families.
• Supervise safety measures and resolve emergency situations if any and ensure all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to the plan.

 Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline, preferably English from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Administration/ Management, Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Counseling, Teaching/ Training

 Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 30 to 50 year(s)
• Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Competent in office administration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Candidates need to show a willingness to upgrade themselves to fit our teaching methodology.
• Training on teaching-methodology will be added advantage.
• To have knowledge about Creative and Multi-media System.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency

Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur

Salary Range: Negotiable
