Currently we are looking for qualified Team Leaders and Analyst Programmers having proven Java skills to build teams of SAP Certified Consultants, IBM Certified Engineers for Customization and Development of SAP Mobile Banking Software, SAP Business Suite, SAP HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BusinessObjects, “SAP Governance, Risks and Compliance”, IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Management), BPM, Jaspersoft BI and upgrading Neurosoft Mobile Banking Software (mobiBANK 7.0), Neurosoft ERP (neuroBOSS) and other development projects. All are 3-Tier applications based on Java technologies running/to be running on SAP HANA, SAP Sybase ASE and/or Oracle. The incumbents are expected to have experience in Web Application Development using Java, Mobile Application Development using Android and/or iOS, Content/Business Process Management and Interface development using Web Services, TCP/IP Socket, ISO8583 etc. Neurosoft will provide vendor training for the successful candidates. Responsibilities:

• Project technical communication with the client's business and technical team.
• Project technical communication with the partner's technical team and project manager(s).
• Business Requirement Analysis and Documentation.
• Functional Specification Design and Documentation.
• Convert Functional Design to Technical Design and Documentation.
• Guidance, Assistance and Supervision of the Development Team.
• Supervise SIT and QA Test.
• Deployment, User Acceptance Test and Sign-off.
• R & D with new tools and/or for new business solutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience, including:
• Proven experience of customer's problem analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, business design, technical design and software development in a team environment.
• Experience in developing Java web applications with a Java MVC Web framework
• Experience in web application deployment in a cluster model using Tomcat 7.0
• Experience with accessing a database from Java using Hibernate
• Experience with Spring Core Development Framework and Web Services
• Experience with Android and iOS SDK
• Excellent skill in SQL(Oracle/DB2/Sybase)
• Good understanding of Wicket (Web Framework), Maven. JavaScript, JSON protocol and OSGi
• Excellent skills in Jaspersoft and iReport.
• Good understanding in Business Process Management and Content Modeling
• Excellent English speaking and writing skill.

Compensation Package:  Negotiable

• Candidates must have a valid passport and available to join latest by June 01, 2014.
• Must be ready to work in any countries (except Israel, Pakistan and Afghanistan) in a multi-cultural and multi-racial environment under partner’s project management.
• Candidates must be agreeable to sign 03 (three) years contract.
