Educational Requirements: University Degree (Industrial, Management, engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.

The Incumbent’s responsibility shall include:

• Ensuring Safety in Warehousing and transportation operation
  
• Ensuring systems are in place for Stock monitoring & control on aged stocks
  
• Co- ordinate with D & SP and Logistics for imported RM-PM availability in line with production plan and manage exception.
  
• Lead the warehouse team to ensure maximum / planned Direct stuffing of containers is achieved with least handling and minimal cost.
• Evaluate and ensure availability of the material handling and storage equipment requirements to meet the required throughput and effective utilisation of space.
• Generating Management reports for effective decision making
  

• Dispatch planning (DRP) with HO coordination
  
• Ensuring compliance to security & safety of material & people for all warehouse and logistics activities
  
• Ensure proper training and development of the warehouse team for various Good Warehouse Practices/Operations to prepare them to meet future requirements.
  
• Contract labour management and compliance to Labour Laws.
  
• Liaison with Engg/ Purchase for maintenance of all W/H equipments incl. Forklifts.
  
• Proper utilization/periodic review of warehouse space

Experience: 2-3 Year’s Experience Required in Supply Chain
