Job Title: Sr. HR, Admin & Finance Executive

The position is open in our Liasion office in Dhaka, Bangladesh . This role includes a variety of responsibilities and multi-tasking, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure and an understanding into a leading multi-national company.

Main Purpose:
To combine the administrative jobs ( HR , Admin , Finance ) under one dept & move it out from the operation team member  which will make both operation & support work more efficient .

Core Activities:

  • Proper documentation of personnel file, record of employees and maintain HR database.
  • Manage employee leave, attendance record.
  • Support for visa document, flight & hotel booking , trip plan , car planning , event management .
  • Follow up with uk finance team / Accountant farm / Disburse monthly payroll, rental payments, telephone bill and utility/maintenance related documents and ensuring that the payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Kreston & Deal with Company TAX & VAT & other legal requirements.
  • Keep track of bank accounts, daily accounts statements ,Petty cash & employee provident fund .
  • Assist in recruitment & selection procedure.
  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor
  • Follow up with life insurance for employee health insurance package & in & out of staffs.
  • Follow up with general insurance company for renewal of insurance of company assets & any new asset inclusions.

Educational Requirements

  • Degree holder in related subjects like CA (Intermediate ) , MBA, PGDPM will get preference .

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a renowned company in similar designation .
  • Proficiency in Email, MS Words and Excel.
  • Self-driven.
  • Knowledge and skills of training and development.
  • Excellent supervisory, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good planning, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and can work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Willing to travel
