Navana Pharmaceuticals Ltd. a Jahurul Islam Company, is undergoing major expansion to meet the
growing need of domestic as well as export market. Navana is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and hard
working individual for the following position:

Position : Sr. Executive/Executive (Galenical), Product Development

Key Responsibilities:    

• Prepare recipe and annexure for submission to Drugs Administration.
• Conduct pre-formulation study of new drug products.
• Raise requisition of raw and packaging materials to commercial department for new products as per determined specification.
• Develop formulation & undertaking production of lab batch, pilot batch, validation batch and scale up batch of new product.
• Review formulation of existing products to improve productivity.
• Prepare and update all documents i.e. specifications, formulations, BMR, BPR, process validation protocol & report, product master file, procedures and SOP related to cGMP.

Requirements:    

• M Pharm from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Formulation Development in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical company.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Location: Rupshi, Narayanganj

Age:  Maximum 32 years

Salary : Negotiable
