Position : Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales
Number of position(s) : 2
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Head of Marketing & Sales in developing sales strategies that ensures sales goal/target and profitability and formulating personal sales plan.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales & collection target as per the management approved business plan.
  • Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads, prospects and market penetration.
  • Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals.
  • Analyze and monitor customer feedback database to measure success and identify sales fluctuations/trends so as to decide on the relevant actions to be taken.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’.

Requirements:

  • BSc. Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) / Graduate in other discipline with proven track record;
  • 6-8 years experience in  the relevant field;
  • Ability to plan, direct and motivate team with strong negotiation skill;
  • High level of professional competence in selling same products;
  • Target driven with strong knowledge on product and market;
  • Strong communication both in verbal & written with presentation skills.

Position : Executive/ Senior Executive - Marketing & Sales
Number of position(s) : 2
Responsibilities:
  • With the assistance of line manager develop personal sales and collection plan and act as per the plan to achieve periodic sales and collection target assigned at the position;
  • Continually develop awareness among the customers on company’s products/services so to maximize best potential sales lead;
  • Collecting customer feedback and maintaining feedback database to measure success and identify sales fluctuations/trends;
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’;
  • Act as the customers’ main point of contact by liaising closely with the relevant departments within the company to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt appropriately;
  • Collecting and market information on customer satisfaction regarding company products to forecast market trend/fluctuation as well as to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Graduate in other discipline with proven track record;
  • 2-4 years experience in the relevant field;
  • Strong communication both in verbal & written with presentation skills;
  • Strong negotiation skill.
