Position : Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing & Sales

Number of position(s): 1

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to direct sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of target maximizing profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • To develop and implement innovative marketing, sales strategies and processes that drive higher levels of growth through market penetration (grow market share) and channel growth.
  • To identify and analyze competitors activities to set competitive advantage for own products, evaluating marketing campaigns that stimulates achievement of overall sales target.
  • Managing product portfolio, arranging product launching, product orientation/training to sales persons so that every sales individual have adequate product knowledge to sales target in every product segment through aggressive sales strategies and execution of the same to grab market share.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market by setting sales target for team members and stimulating them to achieve the same collectively.
  • To conduct one-on-one review with all staff to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of the team's sales and activity performance.
  • Responsible to conduct customer visit, phone calls to build strong customer relation, create new customers, analyzing customer satisfaction thus building breeze between customers and company.
  • Responsible to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing successful business deal with closing collection generates from sales.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) with MBA preferable
  • 10-12 years in electrical equipment marketing & sales
  • Target driven with strong knowledge on product and market
  • Highly aggressive and self motivated to lift challenge
  • Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills
