Job Context

  • Location:Khilkhet Naval Area, Namapara, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229 (Beside Lake City Concord and opposite to Basundhara Residential Area)

Job Description/Responsibility

  • Taking the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure quality education
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Implementing day to day program under the direction of the principal
  • Preparing lessons, lesson plans, lecture materials, reports, worksheets and being actively involved in developing curriculum
  • Ensuring active participation of students in classes
  • Checking student works, meeting with parents, attending training
  • Taking part and be willing to contribute to different day to day activities for the welfare of the school
  • Participating in school events
  • Taking care of the children with love and joyful motivation
  • Meeting the deadlines specified in the academic calendar for submission of marks and other activities
  • Demonstrating the ability of using multimedia in the classroom

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Should have Honors and Masters in respected field with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA in all examinations.

Job Requirements

  • Age not more than 35 years
  • Have ability to understand child psychology
  • Should be strong in both oral and written English communication skills
  • Should be smart,creative and energetic
  • Cheerful and positive attitude to children
  • Can handle any situation when needed
  • Special consideration for candidates with experience to undertake dance, music, sports activities

Salary Range

  • Salary Scale (16000-800X9-7200-1000X10-10000-33200) .

Other Benefits

  • Festival allowance will be provided as per organization policy
  • Other benefits like provident fund, gratuity are applicable after becoming permanent
