Time Schedule:
- Last date for submission of tender application: 08 May 2024
- Submission time of tender application: from 9 am to 5 pm on working day.
- Opening date of tender application: 09 May 2024 at 10 am

Term and conditions:
- You will provide price quotation according to mentioned Brand, Model and Size with details specification. For 4 & 5 No item’s, you must quote all three brand. NM will chose any one out of three.
- Partly Quotation will be accepted. You can review the sample at Nari Maitree office before submitting the tender if you feel.
- Please do not add VAT with the unit price. Tax will be deducted at source according to govt rules. VAT will pay by Nari Maitree
- You will be agreed to deliver the goods to Nari Maitree head office at 133, A & B West Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207 by your own cost.
- You must provide a photocopy of legal documents with tender (e.g. Updated Trade licence, VAT/BIN and Tax Certificate etc.)
- Payment will be given by account payee cheque after receiving the goods as per approved sample
- You will address to Chairman, Procurement Committee, Nari Maitree, 133/A & B, West Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207
- You must mentioned your companies policy in the tender if any (e.g, VAT & Tax policy, payment policy, lead time, validity of quotation etc)
- The authority of Nari Maitree reserves the right to receive or reject any or all tender quotation without assigning any reason,
- Nari Maitree also have the right to accept partly tender and can be allowed one or two vendors for full procurement.
