Job Description / Responsibility
- Structural, Architectural & Interior Design by AutoCAD. (specially structural)
- Prepare Estimation & Billing (both building construction & interior)
- Material Quality Control, Material Purchase
- Project Management,
- Construction Project Inspection
- Client Meeting.
- The candidate will look after the construction of ongoing projects.
- Provide progress report (daily and weekly) to the In-charge of the project.
- To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
- To Ensuring construction work according to the drawing.
- Ensuring quality of materials and quality of proper construction work of the structural plan.
- Should be ready to join very immediately
- candidates from Real Estate Background will get preference.
- Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.

Educational Requirements
B S C in civil engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements

- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architectural firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate,
- The applicants should have experience in the following topic(s):
structural design,cost estimation ((both building construction & interior)
- Sound knowledge to understand architectural design and able to make necessary changes the plan if required so.
- Should have strong negation skill which may be required to engage quality contractors / suppliers in a cost effective manner.
