Key Responsibilities include (Not limited to) :
- Generate leads through calling prospective clients and follow up on marketing generated leads, email campaigns and other organic leads.
- Must be capable to materialized leads into qualified opportunities.
- Conversion of prospective investors to franchisee.
- Designing and presenting different proposals as per geography and commercials.
- Regular follow up on queries and resolve them.
- Follow franchisee evaluation process thoroughly.
- Create, implement, and manage processes and systems to achieve targets and penetrate through existing business.
- Interface with events company, investment forums, international medium platforms.
- Thorough understanding of real estate transactions, site selection, contract review and negotiation, transaction-related legal documents, real estate financial analysis and due diligence.
- Direct experience with architect, contractor and other vendors.
- Document Management.
- Generate business development reports regularly.
Required Educational Qualification & Experience :
Education:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline with Post Graduate Degree in relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year work experience in market systems development related projects preferably with an international franchise.
Required Competencies –
Technical :
- Ability to analyze information accurately & quickly
- Experience in budget management, good problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (including word, excel, power point)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather & analyze a variety of information & to develop appropriate recommendations for action
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently & in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities & deadline pressures.
- Proven ability to prepare & conduct formal presentations & to organize conferences, workshops, training & meeting
General :
- Advance written & verbal communication, both in English & Bangla
- Excellent communication presentation & coordination skills
- Willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
- Ability to work under limited supervision & have the capacity to work under pressured condition.
- Good reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license/own transportation
