Currently Nabil Group is looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Management for operations of its sister concern Nabil Auto Rice Mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of rice mills.
• Plan and execution of production as per requirement of market.
• Planning budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement of raw materials.
• Plan and ensure timely purchase of raw materials by assessing crops (paddy) harvesting period.
• Ensure proper inventory and store management of raw materials and finished goods in consultation with management.
• Ensure proper quality of raw materials and finished goods by engaging quality controller/personnel.
• Ensure cost effective uninterrupted power supply by ensuring pick and off-pick hour.
• Plan and ensure all Procedures, Compliance Issues, SOPs and other Parameters of rice production.
• Ensure proper safety and security of all men and materials of rice mills.
• Ensure safety and sufficient stock of raw materials, finished goods and important spare parts to ensure flawless operations.
• To engage available man power to optimize productivity through efficiency.
• Make a monthly, quarterly and yearly detail sales plan and execute them accordingly.
• Design strategic plan to make the business more profitable and sustainable.
• Plan and execute total operating guidelines to ensure mills are run with maximum output and productivity.
• Ensure cost effective operations with minimizing cost and expenses.
• Any other assignment given by the management.

Qualifications and Others:

• Minimum Masters Degree (MA, MSS, MBS, MSc, MBA) or equivalent educational qualifications.
  (Engineer/Diploma engineer/ technically sound personnel will be given preference.)

Assitional Requirements:

• Age: Between 35 to 45 years.
  ( Age may be relaxed for any outstanding candidates)
• Experience: minimum 12 years experience of Rice Mills Operations & Production in any reputed Rice Industry.
• Computer literacy is must both Bengali and English.
• Candidate must be good in English both written & spoken.
• Candidates from Rajshahi and its surrounding areas may be given preference in case of deserving candidates.
