Currently Nabil Group is looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Management for operations of its sister concern Nabil Auto Rice Mills.

Number Of Vacancy: 02 [Two]

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure production as per Schedule.
• Planning and execution of production for all boiled and aromatic rice.
• Plan budget and organize monthly, quarterly and yearly production as per marketing requirement.
• Organize and execute proper manpower distribution and ensure execution of their job responsibilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and also ensure power cost minimization by following pick and off-pick hour.
• Ensure quality in all production process by engaging quality controller.
• Ensure proper safety and security of all machineries and manpower.
• Plan and ensure all standard procedures, compliance issues, SOP’s and other parameters of rice production.
• Ensure timely delivery in co-ordination with marketing team and warehouse personnel.
• Capable of handling any break down and ensure maintenance of machineries.
• Ensure sufficient stock of important spare parts and accessories to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out additional assignment given by the management.

Qualifications and Others:

• Minimum BA, BSc, BSS/ equivalent educational qualification.
  (Engineer/Diploma engineer/ technically sound personnel will be given preference.)

Assitional Requirements:

• Age: Between 30 to 45 years.
  (Age may be relaxed for any outstanding candidates)
• Experience: minimum 05 years experience in Rice Mills Operations & Production of any reputed Rice Industry.
• Computer literacy is must both Bengali and English.
• Candidates from Rajshahi and its surrounding areas may be given preference in case of deserving candidates.
