Job Description / Responsibility:

• Design the UI/UX of Various Web Sites / Mobile Applications.
• Strong Understating of User Interactions on Digital Interface.
• Champion of design best practice including colour, typography, layout and form
• Passion for digital design, social media and new technologies.
• Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamWaver.
• Front end Technologies: Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and at least basic Javascript.
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling
• multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
• Plan and implement an effective sales program that ensure departmental sales objective.
• Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
• Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
• Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company’s interest
• Capable to build a strong relationship with prospects and customers maintaining the brand image of the company.
• Achieve company’s profitability objective through optimum selling price.
• Keep update on market intelligence.
• Provide feedback on regular basis to the team leader on industry’s present trend and giving ideas for market opportunity for product development.
• Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department.
• Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects database.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate in / Multimedia/ Fine Art/ Business from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 22 to 32 year(s)
• Basic Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.
• Knowledge of, and experience with usability, interaction design and user experience design.
• This includes contextual inquiry, conceptual design, use of scenarios and user profiles, wire-framing and user testing
• An open mind-set, willing to learn and gain experience.
• Ready to participate in a rapid business growth that will require a dedicated effort.
• Team player with very professional interpersonal skills to the benefit of the customer, department, project team and company.
