Job Description / Responsibility

• Monitor the construction project from start to finish.
  
• Should have sound knowledge in AutoCAD and M.S. Excel software.
  
• Perform a key role in project planning, estimating, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
  
• To select the contractor for the project and communicate effectively with the contractors.
  
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers, and take over the Design/Drawing from Consultant.
  
• To check the actual contractor bill.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering from any reputed Institute/ University with minimum5 year(s) ofworking experience.
