Job Description / Responsibility

• Should have sound knowledge on HVAC system. Should be able to develop the HVAC drawing as per requirements. Also responsible for calculation and estimation and purchase of materials, Preparation of BOQ and implement as per requirement of project standard.
• Will be responsible to visit and monitor the HVAC work at site.
• Weekly and Monthly report to the higher authority as per company requirement.
• Report any incident immediately to the Project manager / project in-charge/administration and take immediate action to solve the matter as per instruction of authority.
• Coordinate with the MEP team at site along with the project Manager.
• Any other relevant work to the position

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Experience in working with Interior design and build (D&B) firm will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5years of experience.
