Job Responsibilities
- Provide standard Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) care and non-drug treatments to complicate mental disorder to child case and GBV survivors.
- Conduct Mental Health (MH) assessment to complicated mental disorder to child case and Gender Based Violence (GBV) survivors which required by case management officers.
- Provide MPHSS care and non-drug treatment to child case and GBV survivors who present complicated mental health and psychological distress which required by case management officers
- Closely collaborate with case management officers
- Maintain confidential of case filing system
- Ensure all cases information be kept in highest confidential
- Ensure safety of cases information sharing
- Maintain all cases filing in locked system
- Conducted training to protection staffs and volunteers in topics relevant to MHPSS
- Reporting to Protection Manager biweekly report and monthly report or as requirement
- Represent MHI in interagency coordination like MHPSS working group
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Only Females are allowed to apply
- 1 years' experience in mental health and psycho-social programming (in refugee context is preferable)
- Good knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency and Donor standards and guidelines in MHPSS.
- Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
- Experience working with Rohingya refugee, understanding and speaking in local dialect in Ukhia Zone and knowledge of Rohingya language would be an added advantage.
- Passion to work for the people with disabilities from the poorer community.
- Attitude to serve for extended period.
