Job Responsibilities

• To dispense medications daily at Muslim Hands Health Post in Rohingya camp.
• Ensure medicine stock management for the health facilities.
• Ensure medicine dispensing according to guidelines and prescription of the doctors.
• Keep records for medicine consumption and update registers regularly.
• Maintain proper temperature and humidity for medicine warehouse/store.
• Assist in ensuring Quality Assurance in medicinal and supply management.
• Timely produce procurement request maintaining buffer stocks.
• Take timely measures to avoid stock-out and expiry of medicines and supplies.
• Prepare pharmaceutical inventory for supplies and maintain the stock list.
• Strictly follow client standards with respect to customer-friendly services, confidentialities of medical information, ethical standards and healthy working environment.
• Participating in field missions out of duty station when/where required.
• Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Adequate practical knowledge on Drug quality assurance and check, supply chain management and store maintenance.
• Effectively applies knowledge on stock management of medicine and other medical supplies including standard dispensing of medicines.
• Works effectively with local authorities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries
• Passion to work for the people with disabilities from the poorer community.
• Attitude to serve for extended period.
