Job Description/ Responsibility:

• Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
• Takers responsibility for Business development in New Market.
• Leading and managing a team of at least 20 merchandisers, and ensure proper efficiency of all team members.
• Capable of coordinating with production team in order to deliver on time shipment of orders.
• Capable of coordinating with planning manager to determine delivery schedule and sequence of production execution.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims and accessories.
• Capable of sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories locally and internationally.
• Work closely with quality team to ensure best final product, and monitor all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of production.
• Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
• Capable of preparing costing sheets and pricing of knit garments.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university.
• B.Sc in textile engineering or apparel manufacturing or Professional degree in Apparel Merchandising will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 15 year(s) in marketing to knit Garments & at least 10 years in a position of similar responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of textile and apparel industry principles, in particular merchandising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Computer Knowledge.
• Fluent in Bangla and English.

Job Location: Factory, Konabari, Gazipur

Salary Range: Negotiable
