Project Summary: 
USAID’s Obirodh: Road to Tolerance Program will provide support to activities aimed at fostering an inclusive and tolerant Bangladesh. Its main office is in Dhaka.

Position Summary:
MSI seeks to hire a short-term program development officer upon whom MSI can routinely call to provide grant development support to USAID’s Obirodh: Road to Tolerance Program host community/Rohingya programming. Selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential activities for small grants in Cox’s Bazar, primarily identifying and scheduling meetings with potential grantees and following up on grant implementation in Cox’s Bazar, with the possibility of work in other divisions. All work will be project-based and awarded based on program development officer’s expertise and abilities.

The short-term program development officer will report directly to the senior program manager, while working cooperatively with other project staff and partner organizations to contribute to the success of Obirodh. The period of performance will be up to 90 days. Work will be primarily based in Chottogram with field activities in Cox’s Bazar.
