Purpose Statement
- Manage and drive business growth in line with company
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and implement business plan in line with distribution agreement to drive growth.
- Recruit right field force , develop them and manage turnover
- Consult and get agreement distributor for taking decisions of any investment/financial matters
- Drive motivation and right discipline of staff/employees involved in business
- Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly maintaining right SCR and arrange for the proof of account transfer
- Manage regular expenses for business
- Integrate and coordinate OSDO operation (if any) with OSDO manager/ in charge
- Engage regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operation (bank officials, labor and other union etc)
Knowledge and Skills
- Good managerial skills
- Effective PR management
- Good Planner
Age profile during requirement: 25 - 35 years
Education:
- Minimum Graduate / BBA, MBA in Marketing / Management preferred
Experience:
- At least 3 years of prior experience as sales manager / Senior Field officer
Working relationships
- work with distributor for the any investment & financial issues
- Work with OSDO manager / in charge to OSDO business operation
- Work with TO for business progress, priority and development
- Work with Financial / Accounts stuff for budget and expense management
- Work with computer operator, logistics supervisor and go-down keeper for smooth functioning of the operation.

- Business plan development and implementation

- Proper Stock lifting and right SCR maintenance
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
