Core Responsibility: Drive Volume and sales turnover for the distribution house through leading the entire sales force of Comilla Market
Principal Accountabilities:
- Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets.
- Split and Assign monthly sales for all routes and communicate to sales force accordingly.
- Ensure desired distribution conditions in the market through extensive market visits.
- Drive motivation & right discipline of entire sales force.
- Identify opportunities & issues to drive business growth through periodic route-plans review and propose required changes.
- Ensure right implementation of marketing activities through field force and provide regular progress reports.
- Regular submission of sales and other reports.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding of team dynamics
- Ability to lead a large group of people
- Sound in stress management
Age Profile During Requirement: 25 - 35 years
Education: Minimum Graduate, BBA Preferred
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of prior experience as sales Supervisor
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role in other FMCG company
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000
