Key Role:

• Provide support in continuous monitoring of PSS team performance on a weekly basis and undertakes a monthly review of site-wise performance data, analysing performance trends and productivity of teams to optimise operations.
• Conducts regular field visits (at least once monthly) to review team performance. Provides clear and immediate feedback for improvements and creates action plans as required.
• Supports and monitoring the implementation of demand generation strategies.
•  Assist in ensuring the quality of PSS services, client, data and adherence clinical quality standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate meeting with clinical assurance and management team and Manager Technical Support at least quarterly to discuss actions for clinical quality improvements.
• Provide performance management on data validation and complete routine data validations checks during the site visits.
• Follow up quarterly reforecasting of performance.
• Prepare and present relevant donor targets, budget lines and activities on a monthly basis to ensure projects are on track.
• Coordinate quarterly project review meeting with finance and donor reporting teams.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s in relevant field/MBBS. Master’s in Public Health or management will be preferred.
•  At least 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the health management, family planning, community development, and/or social marketing industry
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with GoB, Donors, NGO partners and other stakeholders to remain updated about current issues.
