MSB is looking for a Manager- Training to managing the training centre independently as a profit generating concern by promoting and managing the external and internal trainings. This position will be based in Head Office, Dhaka.

Key Role:

  • Independently develop and drive the training centre strategic plan to make it a profit generating centre by ensuring the successful implementation of internal training plan and meeting up the external clients training request. 
  • Design and arrange high quality training plans, content and resources for internal and external trainings which reflect clinical guidelines and protocols, best practice and training (or client) needs.
  • Constantly generate new knowledge, revise training curriculum, adopt changes based on project needs and improve job skills of team members to strengthen an employee's existing skills or teach new ones.
  • Conduct annual Training Needs Assessment of internal staff and new recruits following MSB’s Training Matrix.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tools for the trainings and centres as well to sell the training services to external organizations for sustainability and income generation.
  • Ensure timely and effective administration of all trainings. Prepare additional internal trainings as required.
  • Ensure that feedback is collected for MSB team members and undertake periodic follow up of training in the field to assess practical application of learnings.
  • Prepare and implement overseas training plans for MSB staff and ensure that any overseas travel for training is in line with the annual overseas training plan.
  • Ensure that employee records are updated in the training database. Oversee data entry to ensure accuracy of documentation. Undertake period check to ensure that data is accurate and that is captured in HR documentation.
  • Period monitoring of the training centre performance in respect to key performance indicators; training plan, profit generation, training quality, occupancy and other related factors. 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of managing and leading trainings. Experience in design, development or delivery of training programmes and training facility.
  • Masters in any relevant discipline. MBBS will be given Preference.
  • Capable of running a training centre profitable as business venture.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making skills with strong communication proficiency both written and oral
