Job Context
Candidate must have experience in the Hotel Sales.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To assist Sales & Marketing manager to promote the hotel facilities to prospective guests / clients and to constantly market the hotel where possible through website, social medias, sales call, PR and advertising.
  • Preparation of weekly sales analysis for S&M Manager.
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Promote and sell rooms and all services offered by hotel.
  • Generate awareness and develop business relation through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm room sales business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
  • Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies.
  • Maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.
  • Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers in defined geographic region.
  • Create relationship to promote sales to corporate, incentive and association markets providing presentations and personal sales calls.
  • Create and execute direct sales plan specific to market assignment.
  • Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with all corporate house, airlines company and tourism authorities.
  • Conduct tours of property to meeting planners and other potential customers while informing of all hotel services available; entertain customers on property, during site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operation when appropriate.

Educational Requirements

  • B.B.A/MBA Major in Marketing
  • Graduation in hospitality Management will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Public Relation, Customer Support/ Client Service, Corporate Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel
