Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for overall utilization of human resources for the organization
• Set strategy regarding manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee engagement, performance management, payroll & tax management.
• Set strategy for streamline the HR software for smooth flow of HR functions.
• Set strategy for departmental KPI implementation
• Oversee employee transition, HRMIS, succession planning, organizational development, and HR relationship management of the organization.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate/ Postgraduate (Major in HRM) from reputed public/private university
• Candidate having professional degree like PHRI/SPHRI will have an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8year(s)

  General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management

  Banks, Insurance, Multinational Companies

Job Requirements

• Must have Leadership skill
