Number of Vacancy: 01 (One)

Duty & Responsibility:

• Architectural working drawing. (Phase 01 & phase 2)
  
• RAJUK, CDA, LUC, NOC, DCC & all kind of authority drawing preparation with FAR formats clear understands and complete issue process.        
  
• Rough 3d prepare for internal checking.
  
• Co-ordination with architect, management & site engineer.
  
• Scheduled site visit if required and necessary modification work on site visit.
  
• Maintain all important data & drawing issue process.
  
• Co-ordination with clients/ LO’s via email, (If required).

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture from any reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 04 Years

Job Location: Dhaka
