MJL Bangladesh Limited is Alliance Partner of ExxonMobil. The company is engaged in blending, importing, marketing & distribution of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil in Bangladesh. The company is looking for pro-active and self-motivated professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department.

Position: Head of Sales (Automotive Lubes)

Job location: Dhaka.

Job Description:

  • Concentrate on sale of automotive lubricants through wholesale, retail, & direct business.
  • Supervise automotive sales team to achieve yearly sales target of Mobil brand automotive products.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with marketing team linked to sales growth.
  • Coordinate sales activities of automotive products to achieve company goal.
  • Send report to ExxonMobil on monthly basis on focused sector.
  • Set strategy to enhance sales upon management approval.
  • Need to travel throughout the country as deemed necessary.

Job Nature: Permanent.

Education: Masters/MBA with major in Marketing

Experience: 10-12 years’ of experience in similar field or FMCG.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge on computer application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Excellent presentation skill.

Salary Range: Negotiable
