Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintenance, update & configure domain & mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.
- Should have good knowledge in IT trouble shooting.
- Should have adequate knowledge in networking (TCP/ IP Protocol).
- Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows XP, Server 2x, RH Linux, Other Unix.
- Software Installation and Configuration for the above.
- Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

Educational Requirements:
- B. Sc/ Diploma in IT, CSE, EEE or Telecommunication.
- Candidates with good experience in internal IT support, maintenance of domain, mail, file servers will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Website Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 year(s) and over
- Must have minimum 2 years practical experience with internal IT support of a large corporate.
- Applicants must have clear knowledge & working experience with Server & PC related issues.
- Self motivated, driven by results.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Good Communication Skill both in English & Bengali.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS.
