Director-Finance & Admin
The Director-Finance & Admin is the chief of Financial and Administrative management of MJF and responsible for overviewing the financial and administrative functions of the organization. She/he will ensure that the funds control, budgeting, accounting, payments, inventory management, financial reporting, human resource management, procurement, general services and transport management are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. She/he shall also act as the company secretary to conduct the Governing Board meetings and carry out the RJSC compliances. The Director-Finance & Admin is to provide necessary advices and support to the Executive Director and Governing Board of the organization.
This is a very important and critical position therefore only those fulfilling the qualifications below should apply.
Qualification and Experience: The incumbent must have:
- 20 years working experience in the field of finance, administration, compliances, grants management, auditing and company secretary in large NGO’s with mandate of fund disbursement to other CSO’s and NGO’s.
- Master’s degree from a recognized University in the discipline of accounting /finance and or business administration
- Adequate knowledge in Accounting Software, MIS and multimedia presentation
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost and management Accountant shall be preferred
- Experience of dealing with different donors and adequate knowledge of their financial systems, policies and procedures.
