POSITION SUMMARY

Sales & Marketing staff has a Sales Skills and a certain level of technical knowledge.
To have balance between knowledge and understanding of technical details of MHPS products, and how to sell them in respond to client’s queries.
Will have site visits for assessing the scope for replacement jobs, prepared and submitted budgetary quotes for standard products/ application/ analyzer and as well as maintaining good customer contacts in the region.

  • Provide technical plus application information to support sales force and customers.
  • Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, and delivery.
  • Support the indicated sales target for the financial year.
  • Gather and provide the general information related to power and energy sector
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from MHPS products in a designated region.
  • Support the assigned customer in sales activities and assist the customer in identifying new opportunities.
  • Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers for sales.
  • Negotiate contract as required.
  • Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offer after-sales support services.
  • Analyze costs and sales.
  • Prepare reports for head office.
  • Meet regular sales targets.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs.
  • Provide training and produce support material for the sales team.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence.
  • Conduct research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Take necessary action to prepare proposal against customer’s needs under instruction of Singapore Head Office as well as MHPS Japan.
  • Take necessary action to prepare necessary documents against work stipulated by our company under the instruction of General Manager.
  • Perform any other tasks within area of specialty as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales Engineering Experience in
  • Maintenance Service Industry
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  • Computer Literacy: Ms Windows’s applications Excel (essential), Power Point and Excellent Presentation skills
  • Excellent Business and Technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bengali for writing and communications skills
  • High level of negotiation skills, contracting expertise.
  • Skill to Interpret Drawing & Data Sheet
  • Knowledge of fabrication, castings, forgings and machined components.
  • Strong background in computer based office management & ERP System
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
  • Very strong project management skills and result oriented mindset.
