  • Supporting corporate function itself, including day to day Administration related job and HSE, related insurances
  • Guest Support
  • Vendor Management (Office supplier) include monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services.

  • Internal and external Company Driver Management/rental car company
  • Maintain master corporate calendar of all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacation
  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
  • Handles requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
  • Take diction and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling systems for both paper and electronic records.

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
