Job Description / Responsibility
- 50 Lines & 100% export oriented Knit Composite Garments Industry is offering Career Opportunity, for the post of General Manager Production (Garments Division). Dynamic, self committed, energetic and hardworking candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have proper knowledge on modern method of production system & minimum 8/10 years working experience on same post of running a knit garments factory with yearly export turn over of minimum $ 70.00 million.
- Highly motivated individual with pleasing personality to lead the production team to achieve company’s objective / target.
- Independently capable of handling production and planning to achieve target fixed by the management.
- Ensure production target as per planning maintaining quality as per Buyer’s requirement.
- Assess, evaluate, efficiency & productivity through continuous process, motivation & training.
- Ensure floor administration for a good working atmosphere and shall be responsible for full administration of the garments division.
- Capacity to handle more than 5000 workers and strong personality to face workers demonstration/ unruly workers, unjustified demand of the workers.
- Capacity to make effective production planning to make timely shipment.
- Capacity to co-ordinate with Merchandising Team, Knitting, Dyeing and Accessories Unit for timely supply of fabrics, accessories etc for timely shipment.
Educational Requirements:
Masters/ Graduations in any discipline.
Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 year(s)
- Capable of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly / daily production target and prepare & follow-up monthly production plan and execution thereof.
- Capacity to handle Buyer/ Buying House Q.C.
- Fair knowledge in compliance matter.
- Fluent in English and well conversant in computer and internet operation.
