Job Description / Responsibility:

Out-bound tele-calling for mobile based insurance products

• Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers
• Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
• Update customer information on database after every call

Ensuring highest quality of individual sales

• Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately
• Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude

Ensuring overall team performance

• Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader
• Put in the ‘Extra Mile’ to achieve overall team goals

Qualification – Min. graduate in any discipline of diploma (candidates currently pursuing higher education are not encouraged to apply)

Additional Job Responsibility:

• Preferred age – 22 – 35 yrs. old
• Computer literacy – Basic computer knowledge
• Communication – Exceptional communication skills in Bangla (No local accents)

Job Location: Dhaka-Mohakhali

Salary Range: Fixed salary BDT 9000 & incentive up to 4000
