Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over phone to explain our insurance product using scripts
• Listen to customers' objections and handle them effectively
• Answer questions about our products or the company
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Achieve target to retain company's goal

Educational Requirements:

• Graduated/Fresher

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 18 to 28 year(s)
• Basic computer knowledge, Excel & word use knowledge, Typing speed 15 wpm
• Excellent phone manners and patience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening & Analytical skill
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods
• Team player
• Time management
• Commitment to company values
• Experience in Inbound/Outbound Call Center will get preference

Salary Range: Fixed salary BDT 9000 & incentive up to 4000
