Senior Executive HR

Job brief

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Senior HR and Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the MIAKI office. S/he will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. S/he will carry out responsibilities in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), employee relations and compensation & benefits administration. The role holder will coordinate HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and high standards of goal attainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation / Issue office, office order & circular in respect of HR & Admin issues.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction.
  • Preparation of compensation and benefits and ensure disbursement.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
  • Ensure security of properties, premises & personnel.
  • Maintaining employees' personal files and managing payroll.
  • Preparing salary and pay slip and ensure disbursement to bank.
  • Implementing performance management (setting and measuring KPIs).
  • Administering company policies and disciplines.
  • Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
  • Maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal affairs.
  • Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top authority.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Planning and Strategy, People Management, Understanding the Employee, Requirements Analysis, Inventory Control.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM.
  • PGD in HRM will be prefer.

Experience Requirement:

  • The applicants should have minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Sharp time management skills.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
  • Should have strong willingness to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and independently grow existing accounts as well as pursue new accounts.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Age 25 to 40 years
