Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve each month target successfully given by the supervisor.
- Submission of proposal with the approval of Supervisor.
- Regular follow-up, Maintains overall relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required. Also submit weekly report (outcome) to supervisor.
- Analyze competitors; if required discuss with Manager to negotiate price.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative in collaboration with tech team.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing, professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant subject or related field or relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year the applicants should have work experience in the related area.
Additional Job Requirements
- Technical knowhow about Data Center Cabling Strategies, Power Management, Cooling System , System , Rack Orientation, Fire Protection , Physical Security etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills - Leadership, self-motivation and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
