Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Leading/ Coordination & monitoring the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence by analyzing tends and results.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative in collaboration with tech team.
- Preparing Sales Strategies and new products / service.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing, professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- New product development planning and management Technology transfer, licensing, partnerships assessment and development marketing, advertising, promotion planning and development of communication materials.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant subject or related field or relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3/2 year(s) the applicants should have work experience in the related area.
Additional Job Requirements
- Achieve objective through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud solution, datacenter coo-location & VPS services.
- Technical knowhow about Data Center Cabling Strategies, Power Management, Cooling System , System , Rack Orientation , Fire Protection , Physical Security etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills - Leadership, self--motivation and initiative.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making capability.
- Must be dynamic, proactive & passionate to win.
