Job Description / Responsibility

• Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets, maintaining good long-term relationship with existing and new Customers.
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Establish and maintain effective communication links with other channels and medium to identify all sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
• Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
• Travel throughout the territory to solicit current and prospective customers to generate orders; will include both in-person and phone contacts.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Chemistry (or related discipline) from an accredited college or university

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 year(s) in relevant field

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years relevant sales experience with analytical instruments.
• Extraordinary organizational skills to balance customer visits and requests, CRM documentation and reporting to the Area Manager.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to read and interpret business/professional journals and technical procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and Word. Proficiency in English – both written and spoken

Remuneration: Will be based on the relevant experience & skills sets of the individual, and will also have performance based, Variables / Incentives based on the achievement of targets under the annual plan.
