Job Description / Responsibility

  • Achieve national sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, profitability and market share of particular products with providing necessary strategic input and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management.
  • Monitoring, Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, policies and ability to achieve sales and maximum profit growth of the company.
  • Understand market size considering population, needs, buying capacity, competition, etc. and set potential target and workload for sales team nationwide
  • Prepare all trade marketing programs and ensure proper communication and implementation in market place through effective marketing functions
  • Provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market environment and customer needs to facilitate principal marketing team to formulate their marketing programs.
  • Analyze, report and documentation of regular sales and take actions to carryout it by sales team to enhance sales & monitor day to day activities of Division/Region/Area Offices /Distributors of the Company
  • Analyze sales trends, collect information on the growing needs, identify market and product category, as the future source of growth.
  • To motivate & inspire sales team for getting individual sales and other works of the department as required.
  • Provide performance report & competitive information to the top Management regularly.
  • Overall coordination among Sales, Distribution, Production, MIS, HR, Accounts and Marketing Dept.
  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Educational Requirements: MBA/ Masters preferably in Marketing.

  • 12 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)

  • Committed and result oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Sound in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) application, Internet and e-mail correspondence.
