Position: Group Leader

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Nature of Job: Contractual.

Job Responsibilities / Key performance Indicators:

  • Sourcing, Managing and Coordinating sales and service related activities
  • Increasing sales acquisition in Retail Banking Segment of the Bank
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
  • Demonstrating and presenting all types of Retail Products to the prospective customers
  • Maintain effective business relationship with the Bank’s existing customers and Cross-Selling Approach
  • Tracking channels for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
  • Ensure customer service within agreed time frame
  • Looking for new opportunities
  • Handling both the liability and asset products

Requirements for the position:

  • Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience in other Banks/FIs in the related field.
  • Age not over 35 years as on March 31, 2019.
