Position: Civil Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility
Oversee the construction project from start to finish

• The requisition of fund/Materials/Construction related equipment.
• Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
• Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
• To make the Construction Schedule of assigned project and ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
• To select the Contractor for his Project and Communicate effectively with the contractors
• Responsible for completing various phases of the project.
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers and take over the Design / Drawing from Consultant.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Frequent inspection of construction sites.
• To take all Construction related Decision Concern with Top Management.
• To give necessary guideline to the Subordinate .
• Candidate must have worked practically on site as project engineer and managed all paperwork, has knowledge of procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 year(s) of Experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area: RMG/Textile/Spinning Industry
